📅 How Appointments Work:

Booking Process:

1. Select your preferred option (single session, 3 sessions, etc.)

2. Choose your appointment date(s) and time(s) directly during checkout from available slots

3. Complete payment

4. Receive immediate confirmation with meeting link and details

5. Fill out pre-appointment form (link sent after payment) at least 5 working days before appointment

Appointment Delivery:

- Sessions conducted via video call (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar)

- Duration as specified in your package (typically 45-60 minutes per session)

- Recording provided for your personal review

- Detailed feedback report sent within 2-3 business days after session

Timing:

- Book your appointment(s) when you order - choose from available calendar slots

- For multi-session packages: Minimum 5-7 days between sessions recommended

- For packages with follow-up: Follow-up period begins from first session date

- Appointments must be completed within stated timeframe from booking date

💰 Payment Policy:

Payment Requirements:

- Full payment required in advance before appointment scheduling

- Payment in your currency available (we accept multiple currencies)

- Installment options may be available through our payment providers at checkout

- If you choose installments, the payment provider pays us the full amount upfront while you pay them in installments

Your Responsibility:

- All payment processing fees are your responsibility

- All currency conversion fees are your responsibility

- All bank transfer fees are your responsibility

- Mo-Way receives the displayed amount in Euro after all fees

- Full refund available if requested within 24 hours of payment

Urgent Service Exception:

- If you select "Urgent" service during checkout (appointment within 3-5 days), the refund window is reduced to 60 minutes instead of 24 hours

- Urgent appointment scheduling begins within 1 hour of payment

- By selecting "Urgent," you acknowledge and accept the 60-minute refund window

After Scheduling:

- No refunds once appointment is scheduled/confirmed

- No refunds for any reason after first appointment occurs

No-Shows:

- Missing a scheduled appointment forfeits that appointment and the full fee

- No refund or makeup session provided for no-shows

- Please respect scheduled times

Rescheduling:

- ONE rescheduling allowed per appointment

- Must be requested at least 48 hours before scheduled appointment time

- Requests made less than 48 hours before appointment will not be accepted

- Appointment will be treated as no-show if late reschedule requested

Service Delivery Guarantee:

- If any component explicitly promised in the service description is not delivered, you may request immediate delivery or a proportional refund

- Claim must be submitted within 24 hours of when the component should have been delivered

- Requires clear documentation and proof
