University Admissions Concierge supports you from academic direction through the preparation and submission of three university applications.
The service includes programme and country research, a profile-based university list, document preparation, collaborative drafting and editing based on your truthful information, submission, deadline management and access to the IELTS preparation course. You may suggest the universities or use Mo-Way's recommendations, but all three applications must be agreed with and approved by Mo-Way as realistic for your profile before submission.
Universities make the final decisions. Mo-Way therefore backs its strategy and application work with a clear contractual remedy: if all three eligible applications receive final rejections and you have met the published guarantee conditions, you choose either a 100% refund of the Mo-Way admissions service fee or a free repeat of the same admissions service in the next application cycle. Application fees, translations, courier charges and other third-party costs are not included. Visa and accommodation support are not included in Concierge.

A formal conditional or unconditional admission offer from one of the three agreed applications. If an offer is conditional, you remain responsible for meeting its stated conditions.
❓ What conditions protect the guarantee?
You must provide complete and truthful information, meet the stated academic, language and financial requirements, supply documents and responses by the agreed deadlines, follow the agreed application strategy and avoid withdrawing or changing an application without Mo-Way's written agreement.
❓ What does the refund cover?
The refund covers 100% of the Mo-Way service fee paid for this admissions package. University fees, translations, tests, certifications, courier charges and all other third-party costs are excluded.

The Admission Success Guarantee applies only when you provide complete and truthful information, meet the stated eligibility requirements, cooperate fully and meet every agreed deadline.
A formal conditional or unconditional offer counts as admission; meeting any later offer conditions remains your responsibility.

University, translation, certification, test, courier and other external fees are paid separately and are not part of the guarantee refund unless the package clearly includes them.
