- Full Course Access: One-time payment for permanent, lifetime access to all recorded lectures, templates, and materials.

- Support Expires: The active support features expire after the 3 or 6-month period, but you keep lifetime access to the materials.

💻 How You Access Materials & Support:

Course Materials (Google Drive Access):

- After purchase, you'll provide your Google account (Gmail address)

- All course materials are hosted on Google Drive and shared with your account

- Access is VIEW-ONLY - materials cannot be downloaded

- Works on any device (desktop, mobile, tablet)

- Screen recording, downloading, or copying materials is strictly prohibited

Active Support (Meetings, Editing, Feedback):

- Supervision Meetings: Conducted via scheduled video calls (e.g., bi-weekly).

- Editing & Feedback: You submit work via email or a shared Google Drive folder.

- Communication: Private follow-up via dedicated messaging channel.

Important: By purchasing, you acknowledge that course access is view-only via Google Drive and materials cannot be downloaded.

📅 Access Policy:

For Subscription Packages (Monthly, 3-Month, 6-Month):

- Access to all components (course materials, meetings, editing, support) is granted for the paid period.

- All access expires automatically at the end of the period.

- To continue all services, you must renew your subscription.

For Lifetime + Support Packages:

- Access to course materials (videos, templates) is permanent and never expires.

- Access to active support (meetings, editing, feedback) is granted for the specified period (3 or 6 months) from the date of purchase and expires automatically.

- After the support period ends, you can purchase a new subscription (e.g., Monthly) to re-activate support if needed.

Single-User License:

- All access is for you, the registered client, only

- Non-transferable - cannot be shared

- Sharing access will result in immediate termination without refund

💰 Payment Policy:

Payment Requirements:

- Full payment required in advance before access is granted

- Payment in your currency available (we accept multiple currencies)

- Installment options may be available through our payment providers at checkout

- If you choose installments, the payment provider pays us the full amount upfront while you pay them in installments

Your Responsibility:

- All payment processing fees are your responsibility

- All currency conversion fees are your responsibility

- All bank transfer fees are your responsibility

- Mo-Way receives the displayed amount in Euro after all fees

Urgent Service Exception:

- If you select "Urgent" service (delivery within 3-5 days), the refund window is reduced to 60 minutes instead of 24 hours

- Urgent services begin processing within 1 hour of payment confirmation

- By selecting "Urgent," you acknowledge and accept the 60-minute refund window

After Refund Window / Service Start:

- No refunds provided once the refund window has passed OR after access has been granted OR your first meeting is scheduled (whichever comes first).

- This applies to all package types.

- Exception: Full pro-rata refund if we must cancel the service from our side.

Service Delivery Guarantee:

- If any component explicitly promised (e.g., "bi-weekly meetings," "twice-weekly editing") is not delivered, you may request immediate delivery or a proportional refund.

- Claim must be submitted within 24 hours of when the component should have been delivered.

- Requires clear documentation and proof.

What's NOT Included:

- Support or feedback after your active subscription or support period expires.

- Editing beyond the specified limits (e.g., 2 sessions per week).

- Missed meetings.

- Downloadable course materials (all access is view-only).

Your Obligations:

- Provide accurate Google account information.

- Attend scheduled meetings on time (missed meetings are forfeited).

- Submit work for editing/feedback according to the schedule.

- Do not share access with others.

- Do not attempt to download, copy, or distribute materials.

- Actively participate and submit work to maximize value.

Our Rights:

- Immediate termination of access without refund if you violate terms

- Right to update course materials and content

❓ Frequently Asked Questions:

What's the difference between the 6-Month Subscription and the Lifetime + 6-Month package?

With the 6-Month Subscription, all access (materials and support) ends after 6 months. With the Lifetime + 6-Month package, your support ends after 6 months, but you keep access to the course materials forever.

What if I miss a supervision meeting?

Missed meetings are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Please attend on time.

Can I get a refund if I don't get a good grade or publication?

No. Results depend on your commitment, quality of work, and external factors, which we cannot control.
