Active Support (Meetings, Feedback):

- Supervision Meetings: Conducted via scheduled video calls (e.g., bi-weekly).

- Feedback & Communication: You submit work (outlines, drafts) via email or a shared folder, and communicate via a dedicated messaging channel.

📅 Access Policy:

For All Subscriptions (Monthly, 3-Month, 5-Month):

- Access to all support features (meetings, feedback, communication) is granted for the paid period.

- All access expires automatically at the end of the period.

- To continue receiving support, you must purchase a new subscription.

- No automatic renewals - you maintain full control.

Single-User License:

- This service is for you, the registered client, only.

- Non-transferable - cannot be shared.

- Sharing access to meetings or communications will result in immediate termination without refund.

Payment Requirements:

- Full payment required in advance before service begins

- Payment in your currency available (we accept multiple currencies)

- Installment options may be available through our payment providers at checkout

- If you choose installments, the payment provider pays us the full amount upfront while you pay them in installments

Your Responsibility:

- All payment processing fees are your responsibility

- All currency conversion fees are your responsibility

- All bank transfer fees are your responsibility

- Mo-Way receives the displayed amount in Euro after all fees

Urgent Service Exception:

- If you select "Urgent" service (delivery within 3-5 days), the refund window is reduced to 60 minutes instead of 24 hours

- Urgent services begin processing within 1 hour of payment confirmation

- By selecting "Urgent," you acknowledge and accept the 60-minute refund window

After Refund Window / Service Start:

- No refunds provided once the refund window has passed OR after your first meeting is scheduled (whichever comes first).

- Exception: Full pro-rata refund if we must cancel the service from our side.

Service Delivery Guarantee:

- If any component explicitly promised (e.g., "bi-weekly meetings") is not delivered, you may request immediate delivery or a proportional refund.

- Claim must be submitted within 24 hours of when the component should have been delivered.

- Requires clear documentation and proof.

- Actively participate and come prepared for meetings.

- Do not share access with others.

Our Rights:

- Immediate termination of access without refund if you violate terms

- To provide feedback focused on strategy and supervision, not line-by-line editing.

Does this service include the Academic Writing or Research courses?

No. This is a supervision-only service. It includes meetings and feedback but no recorded course materials. If you need materials, please purchase Academic Writing Success, Research Excellence, or Scholar Elite VIP.

What's the difference between this and Scholar Elite VIP?

Scholar Elite VIP is an all-in-one package that includes the full writing course, the full research course, and supervision/editing. This "Research Supervision" service is only the supervision/meetings component.

What if I miss a supervision meeting?

Missed meetings are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Please attend on time.

Will you edit my paper for me?

Can I get a refund if my paper isn't accepted?

No. Results depend on your commitment, quality of work, and external factors (like peer reviewers), which we cannot control.
