About Mo-Way

Mo-Way is the Germany-based company responsible for coordinating the German side of your Ausbildung pathway. We assess your profile, identify realistic vocational directions, prepare your case for suitable opportunities, and coordinate the next steps with relevant organisations and companies in Germany.

This meeting is your first in-depth profile assessment with Mo-Way. It is not an interview with an Ausbildung company. Its purpose is to understand your background and agree on the strongest direction for your case.

During your 30-minute meeting, we will:

• review your education, work experience and qualifications;

• discuss the Ausbildung fields that match your profile and goals;

• confirm your preferred cities, mobility and availability;

• assess your German-language readiness;

• identify missing or revised documents; and

• explain the next steps and realistic expectations for your case.

Before booking

• Book only after Mo-Way has opened the meeting step for your case.

• Enter your full name and Mo-Way case ID exactly as provided.

• Keep your CV and relevant documents available.

• Join the Google Meet from a quiet place with a stable connection and make sure the video is enabled.

• The meeting will be recorded for internal case documentation.

What happens afterwards?

After the meeting, Mo-Way documents your approved Ausbildung directions and prepares your case for the next stage. We work at full capacity to identify suitable opportunities, but final interview and contract decisions are made by independent companies.

The time to a first Ausbildung interview is commonly around three months, but it can be shorter or longer depending on your profile, field, German level, location flexibility and company processing times.
