- Exception: Full pro-rata refund if we must cancel the service from our side.

- If any component explicitly promised (e.g., "Two detailed edits per week") is not delivered, you may request immediate delivery or a proportional refund.

- Claim must be submitted within 24 hours of when the component should have been delivered.

- Requires clear documentation and proof.

Does this service include the Academic Writing course?

What's the difference between this and Scholar Elite VIP?

Scholar Elite VIP is an all-in-one package that includes the full writing course, the full research course, and supervision meetings plus editing. This "Writing Feedback" service is only the editing/feedback component.

What are the submission limits?

This package includes two submissions per week, with a limit of 2,000 words per submission.

Will you write my paper for me?

No. This is an editing and feedback service to help you improve your own writing. We do not write the content for you.

What if I don't submit any documents for a week?

The subscription period is fixed. Access expires at the end of the paid period (e.g., 30 days) regardless of how much you used the service. Submissions do not roll over.

Can I get a refund if I don't get a good grade?
