- Feedback: You receive detailed written feedback, edits, and comments.
- Turnaround: Turnaround is within 2–3 working days per submission.
- Communication: Ongoing support and clarification are provided via email or messaging.

For Your Monthly Subscription:
- Access to all support features (feedback, communication) is granted for the paid monthly period.
- All access expires automatically at the end of the period.

Single-User License:
- This service is for you, the registered client, only.

What if I don't submit any documents for a week?
